1. Parties
These terms apply between Scroll Ahead Private Limited (Service Provider) and the individual/entity availing its services (Customer).
2. Orders
Orders are accepted at the Customer’s premises through our representative.
A valid order requires a completed Order Request Form and full payment.
The photo shoot date will be scheduled exactly 7 working days from the date of order acceptance.
3. Pricing & Payment
Full payment must be made upon order placement.
Payments can be made via cheque/DD/online transfer.
No refunds will be issued once payment is made.
Additional charges apply for rescheduling due to inaccessibility or customer cancellations at the last minute.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance and can be set within 15 days of the original date.
Last-minute cancellations (when the photographer arrives) will incur a ₹1,000 penalty, payable before rescheduling.
5. Photography Services
Photo selection, composition, and editing are at the sole discretion of Scroll Ahead.
Images will be uploaded without edits and available via a drive link for 30 days.
Requesting access after 30 days will incur additional charges.
The customer must ensure that photographed areas do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Third-Party Platforms:
Scroll Ahead does not control third-party platforms (Google, Street View, Facebook, etc.).
No refunds will be provided if platform policies change.
7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted via email within 7 business days of service.
Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, arbitration under Indian law will apply, with Hyderabad as the jurisdiction.
